Testing

Cosmec Inc. has extensive testing equipment and test presses available in-house – all are dedicated to the testing of full size bearings and for the testing of bearing materials. In the case of proof load (compression) testing of bearings, Cosmec can test in excess of 4,000,000 lbf. of vertical load. All testing can be witnessed by the Owner’s specified Representatives.

In the event that Cosmec is unable to perform the testing that is required, we have available to us extensive resources of outside testing agencies that can perform tests we are unable to perform in-house. Please inform us of all testing requirements prior to asking for a bearing quotation.
