Founded in 1965, Cosmec Inc. (Cosmec) is a designer and manufacturer of structural bearings that has served the transportation infrastructure market (roads, bridges and rail) for more than 50 years. Through our affiliate company, Dynamic Rubber, we provide plain and laminated elastomeric bearing pads and assemblies.

Cosmec’s manufacturing facilities consist of a fully integrated bronze foundry, rubber molding, steel machining and fabrication operation.  Our manufacturing is highly specialized and housed in approximately 100,000 square feet of space.

Cosmec, in addition to manufacturing structural bearings, offers engineering and design services to Fabricators, Prime Contractors, State Departments of Transportation and Engineering Consulting Firms.  The selection of the proper bearing assembly is an integral part of a bridge design or rehabilitation and Cosmec can provide structural bearing solutions when they have not already been specified.

Cosmec and Dynamic Rubber are well regarded in the marketplace, conducting business in all 50 states and Canada and having relationships with more than 500 active customers.
